The Cabarrus Rowan MPO

The CRMPO is beginning an update to the 2035 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP), which is a multi-modal plan or transportation vision for the future. As part of this update, the LRTP includes a set of goals and objectives (both English and Spanish version), which are listed at the links below. The MPO has released for public comment the draft revenue projections and draft highway project lists for the 2035 LRTP. The revenue projections are based on NCDOT statewide forecasts and a proportional distribution to Cabarrus and Rowan Counties using the NCDOT Equity Formula.
