The Technical Coordinating Committee (TCC) meets at 12 noon and the Transporation Advisory Committee (TAC) meets at 5:30 pm. The meeting location rotates between the Cabarrus Chamber of Commerce in Kannapolis and the City Hall in Salisbury.
