The Cabarrus-Rowan MPO has released the Prioritization 7.0 STIP/MTIP Project Solicitation and Ranking Process for public comment at their January 24, 2024 meeting. This Process is the bi-annual local process to solicit for new project proposals and apply prioritization points to Regional and Division Tier projects in calendar 2024. NCDOT staff will be reviewing the Ranking Process for content recommendations and a final Ranking Process will be submitted to the TCC/TAC later this spring.
